These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and to bring on record his legal representatives as respondents 2 to 7 in the second appeal.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title of the Second Appeal.
