(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) The appeal is preferred questioning the order passed in I.A.No.52 of 2012 in O.S.No.20 of 2011 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur.
2. The appellant and the fifth respondent are present before this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant Mr.M.Abdul Azeez and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents Mr.P.Valliappan would state that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. The Mediation Centre sent the report dated 17.11.2021 enclosing the joint memo of compromise, dated nil.10.2021, signed by both the parties and their respective counsels.
3. In the light of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise, which shall form part of the decree. Registry is directed 2 / 4
to refund the Court Fee as per rules. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
