ORDER

This petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1, 7 and 9 to direct the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, Coimbatore to issue the certified copy of the order passed in C.M.P.No.495 of 2019 in C.C.No.3 of 2018 dated 19.09.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have filed a petition in CMP.No.495 of 2019 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in C.C.No.3 of 2018 on the file of the Special Court, under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment), Act, 1997 to discharge them from the aforesaid case. He further submitted that the trial Court has dismissed the said petition on 19.09.2019 and hence, the petitioners have filed a copy application in C.A.No.211 of 2019 on 23.09.2019 for getting copy of the order passed in the discharge petition, but, sofar the trial Court has not passed any orders in the said copy application and hence, he requests to direct the trial Court to pass an appropriate order in the copy application and grant the certified copies to the petitioners.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the trial Court is directed to pass an order in C.A.No.211 of 2019 within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
