This criminal original petition has been filed to to call for the records and setaside the order passed by the 2nd respondent in C.No.14/E1 PS/AKM/Dec/2019 dated 26.12.2019 and thereby direct the respondents to grant permission and police protection for conducting 'cock fight' on 15.01.2020 to 17.01.2020.
