This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Superintendent of Police, Salem Police Station, Salem District except during the Court hearing date before the Judicial Magistrate Thiruvottiyur, till framing of charges and thereafter as directed by the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.18667 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25321 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Thiruvottiyur at 10.30 a.m on the first working day of every month till framing of charges and thereafter on all hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
