2. Though not articulated in the petition, Ms.S.Nadhiya, learned counsel on record for petitioner in the hearing submits that the original has been misplaced.

3. In the days to come if there is no averment in the petition / support affidavit the same lead to petition being negatived. In this case, we make a departure considering the facts and circumstances of this case, sequitur is prayer is acceded to.
