JUDGMENT

The first appeal was listed for the hearing on 20.01.2020. None appeared for the appellant. Thus, the case was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 21.01.2020. When the case is taken up today i.e., on 21.01.2020 and even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.

2. Thus, it is to be construed that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the first appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
