JUDGMENT

This Appeal Suit has been filed as against the order dated 27.04.1992 made in I.A.No.295 of 1989 in O.S.No.56 of 1987 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that though several letters has been sent to the appellant, there is no response. Therefore, he has reported "no instructions".

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also submitted that the appeal suit is arising out of final decree. The entire issues have been settled between the parties.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
