Mr.K.Venkatesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 27.02.2017, wherein and whereby, they sought for refund of the amount of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.44,71,329/-, claimed to be the excess ITC amount in respect of the Assessment Year 2015-2016.

This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim, made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
