The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.11.2023, for the offences registered under Sections 420 of IPC and 66D of IT Act in Crime No.10 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.It is stated that the petitioner had collected money from various individuals by asking them to join telegram app and promising job to them. In this manner, the defacto complainant had deposited a sum of Rs.12,47,000/-. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) stated that the number of complaints are increasing day-by-day and the investigation is at a crucial stage. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the respondent had seized a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- in cash at the time of arrest. 5.Investigation has to be done and the other complainants will have to be identified.
