These appeals have been filed against the awards dated 30.04.1996 passed in L.A.O.P.Nos.55 & 56 of 1990. In the affidavits filed in support of CMP.Nos.3762 to 3767 of 2017, it is stated that the sole respondent in AS.No.880 & 881 of 2004, who were the claimants before the Sub-Court, Poonamallee died on 11.12.1992 & 17.06.1996. CMP.Nos.3762 to 3767/2017 have been ordered and the legal representatives of the claimants have been impleaded in both these appeals.

2.By the awards under challenge the Reference Court has awarded compensation at the rate of 1200 per cent for the lands acquired for the purpose of Krishna Water Supply Project, Unit-IV. It is not in dispute that the connected appeals in which the awards relating to the

lands covered under the same 4(1) notification with respect of Krishna Water Supply Project, Unit-IV were challenged have been dismissed by this Court, confirming the awards passed by the Sub-Court, Poonamallee. 3.Hence, these appeals are also dismissed confirming the awards passed by the Sub-Court, Poonamallee. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader will be entitled to get separate fees.
