ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner had deceased and the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are not interested to pursue the writ petition.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, since the petitioner had deceased, the writ petition is closed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
