ORDER

Apprehending arrest in connection in connection with Crime No.1295 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(2), 351(3) of BNS, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2.Pleading innocence on the part of the petitioner, false implication in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court. He would submit that he is no way connected with this case and he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that

may be imposed by this Court.

3.The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that on 15.11.2024, after consumed alcohol the A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

ah petitioner and his friends, were going near agni flats, Thundalam, the petitioner and his friends abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and assaulted the defacto complainant with hands and beer bottle and threatened him with dire consequences. Due to which the defacto complainant sustained injuries and he discharged from the hospital. He would further submit that there are seven previous case as against this petitioner.

4.Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

5.Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to

grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
