For Appellants : Mr.V.Raghavachari For Respondents R1 :Dismissed as abated R2 to R4 : Notice served - No Appearance COMMON JUDGMENT The second appeals are directed as against the judgment and decree dated 27.02.1998 in A.S.No.148 of 1994 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Villupuram reversing the judgment and decree dated 11.01.1994 in O.S.No.119 of 1986 on the file of the District Munsif, Thirukoilyur and the judgment and decree dated 27.02.1998 in A.S.No.316 of 1994 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Villupuram reversing the judgment and decree dated 11.01.1994 in O.S.No.327 of 1986 on the file of the District Munsif, Thirukoilyur.

2. It is seen that both the appellants died long back, however even till today the legal heirs of the said appellants have not taken any step to implead themselves on record, which shows that they have no interest to proceed with the second appeals.

3. Accordingly, the second appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs.
