(Made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the impugned order dated 24.12.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent in R.A.(SA)No.99 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, as the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court. She has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
