ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his application, dated 28.04.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 28.04.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- Page No.2 of 4
(a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents shall conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(c) There shall be no order as to costs.
