10 of 2012 on the file of the Learned Subordinate Judge of Poonamallee dated 29/06/2015 reversing the decree and judgment passed in OS No.2815/1987 on the file of Principal District Munsif Poonamallee dated 30/11/2011 (IN CMP No.6066 of 2017) pending disposal of the SA.256 /2017 (ii)To grant interim stay of all further proceedings of judgment and decree passed in AS NO. 20/2012 on the file of the Learned Subordinate Judge of Poonamallee dated 29/06/2015 reversing the Decree and judgment passed in OS NO. 2815/1987 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Poonamallee dt 30/11/2011 (IN CMP No. 6067 of 2017) pending disposal of the above IN SA.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAGHUPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioner prays leave of this Court to withdraw these miscellaneous petitions with liberty to file petitions for ad-interim injunction and he has also made an endorsement in the petitions to that effect.
In view of the submission and endorsement made, these miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for, is granted.
