JUDGMENT

Both the appeals are of the year 1998. In S.A.No.1551 of 1998, the plaintiff is the appellant. In S.A.No.1552 of 1998, the defendant is the appellant.

2.In Second Appeal No.1551 of 1998, which arises out of O.S.No.439 of 1991, the suit had been dismissed and the appeal filed by the plaintiff had also been dismissed. 3.In Second Appeal No.1552 of 1998, which arises out of O.S.No.65 of 1992, the suit had been decreed and the appeal filed by the defendant had also been dismissed.

4. Both the Second Appeals are dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
