This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.19034 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25447 of 2023 in Crime No.779 of 2023 order dated 12.12.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate stated that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

3. In view of that particular fact, the condition imposed stands interfered with and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on receipt of summons.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
