Comp. A.Nos.479 and 480 of 2023 in C.P.No.115 of 2004 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., These applications are filed to condone the delay on the part of the applicant to lodge a claim before the learned Official Liquidator under Form 66.

2. This Court has perused and examined the affidavits filed in support of these applications. This being an inordinate delay, these applications are allowed as prayed for, without prejudice to the rights of the learned Official Liquidator, while adjudicating the claims, with regard to the limitation issue.
