ORDER

The petitioner. who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in Crime No. 07 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioners, who are the parents of the first accused and the in laws of the defacto complainant subjected the defacto complainant to abuse and harassment by demanding dowry.

3. Earlier, this Court ordered the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8287 of 2025 by order dated 20.03.2025. However, the petitioner failed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. The petitioner has now approached this Court on the ground that since he has not complied with the said conditions, he is entitled to file a subsequent anticipatory bail petition. This Court is not inclined to accept the same. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 28-01-2026 drl
