This petition has been filed to accept the cause title on the appeal filed challenging the order dated 26.02.2021 made in MCOP.No.377 of 2018 on the file of the MACT, Principal District Judge, at Cuddalore.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.
