PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent to re-open the investigation in FIR No.2583 of 2015 dated 04.07.2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, J6 Police Station, Thiruvanmiyur.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to re-open investigation in Crime No.2583 of 2015.

It is seen from records that the respondent police after investigating the case, have filed a referred charge sheet as further action dropped on 04.07.2015. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same and if the petitioner has not been served with any notice before the referred charge sheet was taken on file, it is always left open to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the concerned court and work out his remedy in accordance with law.
