Padmanaba Reddiar v. Padmamani Ammal(Died)

CMP.Nos.787 & 788 of 2011 in SA.Nos.1485 & 1486 of 1999 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 465 days in restoring the above appeal against the deceased second respondent herein, which was dismissed for default on 01.04.2010.

2.On perusing the earlier order passed by this Court on 01.04.2010 and upon hearing both sides, both the CMP.Nos.787 & 788 of 2011 are allowed and the delay is condoned. Hence, these condone delay petitions are allowed as prayed for.
