Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the applicants.

2.All these facts clearly indicate that the applicants are not interested in prosecuting the cases. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the applications for non-prosecution. 3.Accordingly, these applications are dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to the applicants to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
