JUDGMENT

When the second appeal came up for hearing on 14.02.2022, there was no representation for the appellants and hence was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 15.02.2022. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the appellants states that she is unable to contact her party. It is also seen from the records that first respondent died long back and till date no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent.

2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
