When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions i.e., 10.10.2025 and 17.10.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 17.10.2025 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, i.e.,17.10.2025, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
