ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to register the complaint dated 09.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint dated 09.04.2015 has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent police on 15.04.2015.

4.In view of the above, a direction is given to the 2nd respondent police to enquire the same and take action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. The petitioner shall also cooperate with the enquiry.
