This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 27.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.10232 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13534 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation and during the Court hearing dates.
