ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.12.2021.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 17.12.2021. The same had not been enquired and no FIR registered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged the complaint in person, hence, there is no acknowledgment.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that no complaint of the petitioner is available with the respondent. He further submits that the petitioner may furnish a fresh copy of the complaint.

4.In view of the same, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 08.02.2022 along with the copy of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint and necessary documents in support of her complaint. The respondent police is directed to receive the complaint, enquire the petitioner and thereafter proceed in accordance with law. The respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
