ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent through post. Hence, this Court directs the petitioner to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police shall enquire into the complaint and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
