ORDER

The petitioner/wife is a resident of Karumandichettipalayam in Perundurai Taluk. The husband is a permanent resident of Kaveripattinam in Krishnagiri District.

2. The husband has initiated proceeding in O.S.No.24 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court at Krishnagiri. The wife, being a resident of Perundurai with a new born baby, is unable to travel to the Family Court at Krishnagiri for the purpose of attending the Court hearings. Hence, she seeks transfer of proceedings.

3. Taking into consideration the interest of the wife, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition. Hence, the proceeding in O.S.No.24 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court at Krishnagiri is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Perundurai. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs.
