This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27765 of 2022 on 07.12.2022, that the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before the Salem Town Police Station on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of eight weeks.
