KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition of appearing every Monday at 10.30 a.m. before the Respondent Police, by order dated 02.11.2020 made in the above Crl.O.P.No.17093 of 2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17093 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17093 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
