Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs as follows:

Paragraph Nos.6 (a) & (c ) of the order dated 24.01.2022, passed in Crl.OP.No.270 of 2022, shall be read as:

"6. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the Learned JM-1, Tiruvallur on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that:

(a)the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.53 of

2021, within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the Learned JM-1, Tiruvallur. On such deposit being made, the learned Magistrate, shall obtain an affidavit of undertaking from the defacto complainant stating that in the event of the petitioner succeeding the case, the amount of Rs.40,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner to the credit of Crime No.53 of 2021 will be returned to the petitioner and after obtaining such affidavit of undertaking from the defacto complainant, shall disburse the said amount to the defacto complainant within a period of three weeks thereafter failing which, the anticipatory bail petition shall stands dismissed.

(c)the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy.
