JUDGMENT
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is of the year 2007. On 11.06.2007, this appeal was admitted and notice also ordered on the same day.
2. It is seen from the notice paper that though notice was ordered by this Forum on 11.06.2007, service to respondent has been effected only on 15.07.2011. Subsequently, it was posted before the Lok-Adalat and there was also no appearance for the parties or their counsels.
3. Today, when the matter is listed, there is no representation for the appellant. Accordingly, this Court is of the view that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the case.
