This writ petition was filed in the year 2012 seeking a direction to the first and second respondents herein to consider the petitioners' application dated 06.01.2011.

2. When the matter was listed on 09.09.2019, none appeared for the petitioners. Therefore, in order to give one more chance, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioners, except the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 2.
