This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.254 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police to CBCID or any other investigation agencies.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.254 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 24.07.2015 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to file a closure report in respect of Crime No.254 of 2015 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
