Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.

GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioner on 24.11.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.12019 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19095 of 2021. Again, this application has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to complying with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.
