ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.08.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.No representation for the petitioner.

3.On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the complaint dated 05.08.2015 has been given to the 1st respondent police, instead of jurisdictional police under Section 154 CrPC. It is alleged by the petitioner that the petitioner's husband is having illicit intimacy with his sister-in-law even before their marriage.

4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional police, i.e., All Women Police Station and lodge a complaint in person. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
