ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR in CSR.No.1021 of 2021 based on the complaint dated 13.03.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that one Prabakaran cheated him to the tune of Rs.10 lakhs. Hence, he made a complaint on 13.03.2021 and CSR.No.1021 of 2021 has been assigned. Thereafter, no action has been taken so far.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR.No.1021 of 2021 was assigned and enquiry is being conducted. On enquiry, it was found that while supplying blue metals there was a dispute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

between the parties. He further submitted that the enquiry would be concluded shortly.

4. In view of the same, the respondent Police is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks and if any cognizable offence is found that, the respondent shall register the First Information Report and the outcome of the enquiry shall be informed to the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
