Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mamdamus, directing the respondent to pay entire terminal benefits payable to the petitioner which includes Gratuity, Pension, Pension commutation, earned leave salary and other benefits which raises out of the service.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to pay entire terminal benefits payable to the petitioner which includes Gratuity, Pension, Pension commutation, earned leave salary and other benefits which raises out of the service.
2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner was an employee of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation and retired from service. However, the terminal and retirement benefits are yet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to be settled. In this regard, the writ petitioner has sent a representation on 31.03.2018 to settle all his terminal and retirement benefits and no action has been taken by the respondents.
3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representations dated 31.03.2018 submitted by the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and all relevant documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
