This petition is filed to condone the delay of 658 days in filing CMA against the Judgement and Decree dated 23.09.2021 and made in MACT.OP.No.3343 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chennai, II Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 658 days in filing the appeal is condoned, subject to the waiver of interest for the delay period and the petition is accordingly, allowed.
