Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to Survey , Sub Division the property ans issue separate patta in SF.No.136/1CIA, 136/3A1, 136/4C and 137/1F1 in Padmapuram Village Pallipattu Taluk, Tiruvallur District based on the partition deed in Doc.No.1422 of 1998 dated 17.11.1998 by considering petitioner application dated 09.07.2019, 16.02.2022, 21.6.2022 and 12.10.2024. Since the petitioner's applications dated 09.07.2019, 16.02.2022, 21.06.2022 and 12.10.2024 for Survey, Sub Division and issue of separate patta with reference to the property comprised in SF.No.136/1CIA, 136/3A1, 136/4C and 137/1F1 in Padmapuram village, Pallipattu Taluk, Tiruvallur District based on the partition deed in Doc.No.1422 of 1998 dated 17.11.1998 has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

Considering the limited prayer that is sought and taking into account the fact that the petitioner has been making his representations since 2019, a mandamus is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.07.2019, 16.02.2022, 21.06.2022 and 12.10.2024 for survey, sub division and issue of separate patta, after issuing notice to all the interest parties and pattadars, hearing their objections and thereafter pass orders. In case of a rejection a speaking 2/4

order shall be passed. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. No costs.
