Respondents PRAYER:This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree in A.S.No.128 of 1997 dated 29.07.1998 on the file of the Sub-Court, Gobichettipalayam against the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.112 of 1996 dated 30.09.1997 on the file of the District Munsif's Court, Sathyamangalam.

J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that they have not received any instructions from the appellants, inspite of the names of the appellants being printed in the cause list and Court notice was also issued to them. Already, a memo dated 14.07.2015 was filed stating that the counsel has not received instructions.

2. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
