This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner from running his business peacefully in view of the false complaint received by them.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is a suspected accused in Crime No.447 of 2023.

3. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the second respondent.
