(CRIME NO.142/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition as imposed in clause (b) of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 20.12.2021 in Crl.OP.24951/2021 in the case in connection with Crime No.142/2021 now pending investigation on the file of the Respondent on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KV LAW FIRM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24951 of 2021 on 20.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once for every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
