ORDER
Seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the Industrial Dispute in I.D.No.209 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent.
3.What the petitioner seeks is to expedite the proceedings in I.D.No.209 of 2013 pending on the file of the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai, for which, learned counsel for the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent does not have any objection.
4.In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the first respondent - III Additional Labour Court, Chennai to dispose of I.D.No.209 of 2013 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
