ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of this Court order dated 13.12.2021 made in W.P.No.24038 of 2012.

2. The learned Standing counsel for the Tranport Corpotation has submitted before this Court that, as directed by this Court, in W.P.No. 24038 of 2012, the respondent has complied with the order of the Court and copy of the said proceedings dated 15.03.2022 have been placed before this Court.
