3. Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the representation submitted by the petitioners in the year 2019 cannot be considered after a period of five years. However, the petitioners are at liberty to submit a fresh representation on a fresh cause of action, if so advised. That apart, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the shops, which are occupied by the petitioners, have now been removed. Therefore, the representations submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered.
5. In view of the same, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
